Body360° PT & Wellness is an out-of-network provider. Physical therapy treatment may be covered in full or in part by your insurance carrier. (We can provide you with the necessary information required if there is a possibility of reimbursement.)

Please call your insurance company and ask these important questions:

1. Do I have out-of-network benefits?
2. What is my out-of-network deductible?
3. Has my deductible been met?
4. How many physical therapy sessions a year will my insurance allow?
5. Do I need a referral from a primary care physician in order to get reimbursed?

We accept cash or checks.

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Patients

who do not show up for an appointment will be responsible for the full cost of the session.
